Sally Marchand Project Manager

Sally joined the LearnSphere team in July 2023 as a Project Manager and is responsible for all the funding programs under the Program Administration line of business. Prior to joining LearnSphere, Sally was a Program Manager for a small non-profit organization that developed and delivered Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) programming to girls, and organized professional development and networking opportunities for women and other equity-deserving groups in STEM.

Sally holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Biology and double minors in Chemistry and Mathematics, as well as a Bachelor of Education, both from Mount Saint Vincent University. She also completed a Certificate in Learning Design from the University of Toronto.

In her spare time Sally enjoys relaxing with a good book, hiking, curling, and playing board games with friends and family. 

Little known fact about Sally:

She grew up in rural Cape Breton and took step dancing lessons for many years, she will often kick up her heels wherever a good fiddle tune is being played.
