Over four years (2025-2029), this ambitious project is operating in Cameroon and Senegal to reduce the digital gender gap and unlock the economic potential of 1,000 women entrepreneurs in both urban and rural areas.
By strengthening access to digital economy tools and opportunities, it creates favorable conditions for equitable participation by women, stimulates innovation, expands markets, and promotes financial empowerment.
Training Format
The project offers eligible women entrepreneurs practical, in-person and online training tailored to the realities of women entrepreneurs.
Among the topics covered are business management, online presence, marketing, and digital transformation.
The training format is:
- 25 participants per cohort
- 5 in-person modules (1 module per week for 5 weeks)
- 4 online modules
- 5 hours of practical work
- 12 hours of personalized individual support
Target Audience
The target audience consists of women entrepreneurs in Cameroon and Senegal, from both urban and rural areas, who wish to strengthen their management skills and improve their access to the digital economy. The project supports them in adopting digital tools adapted to their reality in order to modernize their activities, develop their customer base, and access new markets at the local, national, and regional levels.
Established Entrepreneurs
For women entrepreneurs with at least six years of experience, the training program will strengthen management skills and improve access to the digital economy through the adoption of appropriate digital tools, enabling them to modernize their businesses and expand into new markets.
Female Startup Entrepreneurs
The training program will strengthen the skills of women entrepreneurs in the start-up phase of their businesses, in order to lay solid foundations during the first years of activity and promote their integration and active participation in the digital economy.
