Our E-Commerce MasterClasses are a series of eight interactive learning sessions, supplemented with easy-to-use tools and templates developed by our expert Associate, Scott MacIntosh, and his team at Second Spring Digital. Participating SMEs grow their understanding of E-commerce tools and strategies and create an actionable E-commerce plan for their business.
"...Second Spring Digital is a top-notch team that answered any questions we had and provided value to us, especially with our SEO. They showed us tools, tips and tricks and the discussion within the group has provided us value that we can implement within the new year. We will be using some of the tools in 6-months’ time to evaluate how our ecommerce part of our business has evolved and improved and we are looking forward to seeing the continued growth."
~ Peter Davis, Sales and Operations Coordinator, Wabanaki Maple
With participant businesses grouped into cohorts based on size and level of E-commerce experience, valuable peer-to-peer learning is built right into the program.
"The information was extremely relevant, up to date, and easy to understand. This was the perfect course for us in start-up mode. We are hoping to launch further with the skills we gained."
~ Katie Thompson, Co-Founder, DIOSA Designs
We know that positive returns on learning investments are essential for every business owner. The one-on-one coaching component of this course enables participants to transfer their learnings from the classroom directly to the realities of their business operations.
The coaching and tools saved us from fumbling around in the dark. They helped us narrow in on strategy and metrics. Excited to see the results in our business.
~ Jenny Knox, Marketing Manager, Cascumpec Bay Oyster Co.
