Mrs. Ouellette completed her studies in Small Business Management at the CCNB Dieppe Campus . For the past 14 years, Renel has been a certified Personality Dimensions Trainer. In 2010, she became a certified Level II Facilitator (Train the Trainer); which allows her to train others to offer the Personality Dimensions Workshop. In 2011, she pursued her studies and is now a registered massage therapist. Her knowledge of different subjects, such as entrepreneurship, employability, human resources and employee motivation allows her to present different subjects with a lot of enthusiasm.

Working efficiently with different personality types is beneficial to sustain a strong team and healthy work environment.

Personality Dimensions® is a human relations tool which is presented in an informative, interactive, fun and self-discovery format. It is based on leading-edge research, which helps to explain what motivates behaviour in people with different personalities or temperaments. Participants will:

Discover their own personality type and uncover their unique blend of strengths and weaknesses.
Learn to appreciate others' differences.
