Our workshop series brings you the essential topics needed to move your business forward:

Each workshop is four hours long, delivered in person, or live, online. Virtual workshops are not webinars: full participation is expected (cameras on, engaging in peer-to-peer learning). Virtual workshops are hosted live on Zoom; and they are not recorded, in order to protect privacy and confidentiality.

Who is this for?
- Companies wanting to initiate, accelerate, or expand sales into Defence and Ocean Tech sector supply chains.
- Business owners, executives, managers, business development and sales team employees. You choose the person most suited to attend.
What is the cost to participate?
- The program is valued at $2,000 per registrant. However, your costs are fully covered by our funder, the Government of Canada.
- Your only investment is the time commitment to take full advantage of the opportunity.
What is my time commitment?
- Expect a time commitment of about 20 hours over 5 weeks.
- Within this program you will be required to:
- Complete a 30-minute pre-program interview by phone or video to help facilitators understand your unique needs
- Participate in each online group workshop and complete post-workshop evaluations
- Complete a minimum of four hours of one-on-one consulting with program facilitator(s)
- Complete post-program evaluation (up to one hour)
What does registration include?
- Your registration includes all components (workshops, tools & templates, consulting, and meet-the-buyer event)
- Registration includes one seat per business
- You may register different people for specific workshops within the series
