You will learn to use lead­er­ship tech­niques that engage employ­ees to con­tribute more, adapt quick­ly to every­day changes and stress and main­tain high­ly pro­duc­tive work­ing rela­tion­ships… all while work­ing in from a distance! 

Being part of a pro­duc­tive team requires the abil­i­ty to lead dur­ing these times of change while keep­ing employ­ees engaged. This work­shop will help par­tic­i­pants devel­op their lead­er­ship skills to adapt to our chang­ing work­place land­scape.   • Devel­op an action plan that can be applied immediately
