Whether it’s to secure fund­ing, increase capac­i­ty, or take col­lec­tive action, non-prof­its must work effec­tive­ly with part­ners and stake­hold­ers. • Bet­ter under­stand the types of part­ner­ships and how each can make a dif­fer­ence for your organization 
• Devel­op strate­gies to engage new part­ners or strength­en exist­ing partnerships 
• Work effec­tive­ly with com­mu­ni­ty, gov­ern­ment and cor­po­rate part­ners to increase your orga­ni­za­tion’s sus­tain­abil­i­ty and impact
