Effective Partnerships for Non-Profits

As demands on non-profits increase and resources decrease, partnerships are more essential today than ever before. Whether it’s to secure funding, increase capacity, or take collective action, non-profits must work effectively with partners and stakeholders. • Identify the gaps and opportunities and how to overcome the challenges of partnerships 
• Better understand the types of partnerships and how each can make a difference for your organization 
• Develop strategies to engage new partners or strengthen existing partnerships 
• Work effectively with community, government and corporate partners to increase your organization’s sustainability and impact
