We have all heard about the impor­tance of hav­ing a bal­anced life, but what does it real­ly mean? Dur­ing this work­shop, we will explore the dif­fer­ent aspects of our life and how they all inter­act to affect our over­all well­be­ing. We will focus on the key areas (work, fam­i­ly, social, rela­tion­ships and per­son­al). By bet­ter under­stand­ing how these areas impact one anoth­er, you will be bet­ter equipped to cre­ate a sol­id equi­lib­ri­um and improve your over­all qual­i­ty of life (pro­fes­sion­al­ly and personally).

Whether you are an employ­er who would like to improve your employee’s per­for­mance, an entre­pre­neur look­ing to improve your own work-life bal­ance, or you sim­ply want to invest in your employ­ees’ well­be­ing, this work­shop will pro­vide par­tic­i­pants with the knowl­edge and resources that are need­ed to cre­ate a more bal­anced and hap­py life!
