Tracy Clinch
Tracy Clinch is an accomplished executive, entrepreneur, and community leader with a career spanning business, sport, healthcare, and the non-profit sector. She currently serves as CEO of the 2029 Canada Games Host Society for Moncton and the Saint John Region, leading the organization responsible for bringing one of Canada’s largest multi-sport events to New Brunswick.
Tracy is former CEO and a shareholder in Masitek Instruments Inc., an award-winning New Brunswick technology company serving customers in more than 40 countries. Her leadership has also earned her recognition by Atlantic Business Magazine as one of Atlantic Canada’s Top 50 CEOs and one of the Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business.
Throughout her career, Tracy has contributed her leadership to numerous community and governance organizations, including serving as Chair of the New Brunswick Museum, Chair of the Friends of The Moncton Hospital, President of Volleyball New Brunswick, Chair of ResearchNB, and a Board Member with Learnsphere.
At the heart of Tracy’s work is a deep commitment to New Brunswick. Whether building a company with a global reach, strengthening community organizations, securing a provincial museum, or preparing to welcome the country for the 2029 Canada Games, she is passionate about showcasing New Brunswick’s talent, ambition and potential.
