Purpose 

This is a compilation of LearnSphere’s standards for learning delivery. It's intended to provide transparency about our expectations around learning delivery by Associates. It also provides you with tools and resources to add to your facilitation toolbox.

1. Creating and Using Learning Outcomes

Define clear, concise, effective learning outcomes
  • Create clear concise statements about their workshop that describe impact on the learner
  • Ensure learning outcomes are appropriate for the audience
  • Ensure learning outcomes are achievable within the time allotted
Plan and deliver learning experiences so that the desired outcomes are achieved
  • Have a plan for the learning experience so that learning is presented in an organized manner
  • Ensure all learning activities contribute to the stated outcomes
  • Deliver learning experiences that address the stated outcomes

NOTE: Some contracts will specify that the Associate must submit a learning plan for approval prior to delivering the course.

Create slide decks and handouts that are professional and user-friendly, add value for learners, and use LearnSphere branding
  • Slide decks and handouts contain the required branding
  • Fonts are readable

  • Slides are changed frequently
