LearnSphere's role starts with business development and proposal writing, and continues through to managing contracts and the complete project cycle. Our business model has evolved over time and with each new opportunity, we have become more entrenched in the sales and delivery process. The rationale for this evolution is simple: on one hand, clients quickly recognized the value of working with an aggregator such as LearnSphere, and on the other hand, LearnSphere Associates started to see the real value of having LearnSphere manage the project cycle, allowing Associates to focus on activity implementation and delivery.
