LearnSphere has been assisting Kan-Go-Roo during the last several years to develop and engage its employees. The company’s first step was to complete the ProfitLearn Select program. Through this customized learning solution, Kan-Go-Roo received a corporate learning plan and 15 days of learning and development. They then decided to focus employee learning on two functional areas: sales and marketing, and finance.
Once the ProfitLearn Select program was completed, Kan-Go-Roo was eager to involve all employees in an organization-wide initiative. LearnSphere was able to offer them Engage, its Employee Engagement program. Engage helps businesses be proactive in employee retention. The program covers management communications, an employee survey based on industry best practices, an engagement strategy and follow-up coaching for the Employee Engagement Team.
Two Kan-Go-Roo managers, Adrien Pradeau and Mathieu Daigle, led an employer-employee team, who worked closely with the LearnSphere Associate. Adrien found that “employees want to have a voice in improving the workplace culture, especially when they are provided a safe and anonymous way to do so”.
