 There’s no doubt that the pandemic has ramped up E-commerce.  Online retail sales are expected to virtually double from pre-pandemic rates in 2019 of $3.5 trillion USD to over $6.5 trillion in 2023. SMEs investing in E-commerce capacity now will be ready to participate in this growing market.

Second Spring helps businesses get results through eight interactive learning sessions, supplemented with easy-to-use tools and templates.  Peer-to-peer learning is built in, with participant businesses grouped into cohorts based on their size and their level of E-commerce experience. This training helps SMEs grow their understanding of E-commerce tools and strategies and create an actionable E-commerce plan for their business.

At LearnSphere we know that positive returns on learning investments are essential for every business owner.  The one-on-one coaching component of this course enables participants to transfer their learnings from the classroom directly to the realities of their business operations.
