Scott has over 10 years expe­ri­ence in the field of mea­sure­ment, mon­i­tor­ing and eval­u­a­tion. He had sup­port­ed a wide range of orga­ni­za­tions from social enter­pris­es and com­mu­ni­ty-based orga­ni­za­tions, to gov­ern­ment min­istries and fund­ed agen­cies. He takes a prag­mat­ic and thought­ful approach to the design and exe­cu­tion of his work, with a proven track record of tai­lor­ing projects to suit the needs of his clients. He has a wealth of expe­ri­ence design­ing mea­sure­ment and eval­u­a­tion approach­es in ways that encour­age active par­tic­i­pa­tion of staff and stake­hold­ers, while build­ing eval­u­a­tion capac­i­ty through­out orga­ni­za­tions. A Cre­den­tialed Eval­u­a­tor (des­ig­nat­ed by the Cana­di­an Eval­u­a­tion Soci­ety), Scott has an MA in Inter­na­tion­al Law and Set­tle­ment of Dis­putes and an inter­dis­ci­pli­nary BA in Human Rights and Criminology.
